  • What documents do I need to apply for PSG?
    An unsigned project proposal Corppass to access Business Grant Portal (https://www.businessgrants.gov.sg/).
  • Can companies apply for PSG after signing a quotation with Sunpro Mechanics, or making payment?
    No. Please note that applicants must apply for PSG before they have: Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment. Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment.
  • Where do I submit my PSG claim application?
    Submit your PSG Claim Application on the Business Grants Portal here.
  • When is the last day I should apply for the Claim?
    A year after the Grant Approval Date. (Grant Approval Date + 12 months.)
  • Can someone else submit the PSG claim for me?
    Please note that all companies need to apply for the PSG on their own. No third party should apply for the grant on the company’s behalf.
  • Is there a cap to the grants?
    PSG is capped at SGD30,000 per entity per financial year. SMEs are free to select the packages they need according to their requirements.
  • Can we assure that the grant will be reimbursed to the company?
    Regrettably, we cannot assure reimbursement. However, you will receive confirmation of your application's success or rejection upon online submission to the Business Grant portal.
  • Do I need to wait for IMDA's approval before starting the project?
    Yes, you must wait for IMDA's approval before commencing the project. Development will begin once the approval is received, and payment has been made.
  • Am I eligible for the PSG Grant?
    • - Your business entity should be registered/incorporated in Singapore.
    • - Ensure a minimum of 30% local shareholding.
    • - The Equipment or IT Solution you purchase/lease/subscribe to must be actively used in Singapore.
    • - The company's Group Annual Sales Turnover should not exceed S$100 million, or the Group Employment Size must not surpass 200 workers.
    To speed up your application process, prepare the following essential documents:
    • - Obtain a quotation from our company.
    • - Provide the past 2 years' Financial Statements (if applicable).
    • - Ensure you have your CorpPass User and Password ready.
  • Withdrawal of Grants
    If your application on the BGP is currently under revision and you wish to withdraw it, please inform EnterpriseSG by visiting go.gov.sg/askenterprisesg. Further instructions will be provided for the withdrawal process.
